Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you.

The contact form

When you send the form, your name, business, email, phone (if given), number of locations, POS system, best time to visit and message are emailed to us so we can get back to you. We don't sell or share them, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

This website

This site has no advertising, no tracking cookies and no analytics that follow you around. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs to run and protect the site.

Clients' data

For clients, what we can see and do is set out in writing before we start. The morning report's AI runs on our own hardware, not on a big tech company's AI service.
